Finders Resources Limited (ASX: FND) has received assay results from the current exploration program at its 72% held Ojolali Project in the Sumatran Gold Belt in Indonesia.
Highlights from over 2,500 individual assays include:
Bulk Oxide targets
- 76 metres at 1.88g/t Au (trench)
- 52 metres at 1.4g/t Au (trench)
- 56 metres at 1.25g/t Au (trench)
- 4 metres at 26.0g/t Au, 18.0g/t Ag (trench)
- 2 metres at 9.03g/t Au, >100g/t Ag (channel)
- 2 metres at >50g/t Au, 90g/t Ag (channel)
The work comprised trenching and rock channel sampling within a 12km2 area characterised by anomalous soil assays for a cumulative length of 4,393 metres (Figure 1). The focus of the program was to upgrade the potential of satellite prospects surrounding the existing 176,000oz gold oxide Mineral Resource at the Jambi Prospect and the Ag-Au-Zn deposit at Tambang.
