MacPhersons Resources Limited (ASX: MRP) has continued to intersect silver-zinc-gold mineralisation outside the planned stoping designs at its Nimbus Project located near Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.


The new intersections include:


  • 10 metres at 4.10g/t Au, 194g/t Ag and 1.94% Zn from 122 metres including 2 metres at 8.22g/t Au, 245g/t Ag and 2.97% Zn from 122 metres
  • 3 metres at 5.12g/t Au, 64g/t Ag and 1.84% Zn from 141 metres
  • 2 metres at 197g/t Ag from 137 metres


The recent drilling has identified a new mineralised zone that is a gold-rich sulphide zone located 80 metres south of the Nimbus East Pit.


The company has now completed the drilling programs at Nimbus and has commenced resource modelling of the Nimbus silver-zinc and Boorara gold zones for the Definitive Feasibility Study (Figure 1). The Study is expected to be completed in March 2015.
